We currently have vacancies in our Online Sales Department for a Junior Travel Admin Assistant.
Applicants must have an excellent level of customer service and enjoy working in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Online Bookings
- Making flight/hotel/car hire/transfer bookings
- Assist Customers any with pre-travel related queries
- Sending Travel Documents to Customers
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer focused role
- Must have a positive "can do" attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Be a team player
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Fluent English with proficient verbal and written skills
