With continued organisational growth and a considerable amount of investment across the portfolio and capital programme they are seeking the expertise of C&Q Project Engineer.
C&Q Project Engineer Responsibilities:
Provide client technical engineering input to scope definition, specification, and procurement for process equipment.
Responsible for input and receipt of all A&E Firm deliverables such as P&ID's, Process Descriptions, Material Requisitions, HAZOP's etc. Decision Maker for Technical Aspects.
Responsible for input and receipt of all Vendor documents such as P&ID's, General Arrangement Drawings, Specifications, Datasheets, Materials of Construction etc. Decision Maker for Technical Aspects.
Responsible for defining the system Operational Philosophy, all Automation Interfaces, approval of FDS's etc. in conjunction with A/E Firm and/or others.
Provide input and review of equipment selection and 3-D coordination. Including adherence of A/E and contractor partners in successfully implementing the Project BIM execution strategy / model review procedures.
Responsible for FAT & SAT (Pre-Execution Approval of Test Protocol, Test Execution/Witness, Post-Execution Approval of Test Protocol)
Input to User Requirements Specifications (URS).
Support input to the development of detailed capital project execution schedule
Manage process design quality and design change within scope of responsibility.
About you:
A minimum of 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry including Capital Projects and C&Q experience.
Experience in managing equipment packages through Design Phase and subsequent C&Q phases
Experience in Vendor Management, Vendor Turnover deliverables as directed by Purchase order
Experience in FAT / SAT of assigned Equipment packages
Proven knowledge of C&Q methodologies and current industry guides and practices
