Our client, a consulting/ business advisory firm is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Analyst with the primary responsibility of developing and implementing strategies for business growth, as well as driving revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention and business success.
Job Description
- Research and identify new business opportunities for the organisation
- Develop and implement (on the approval of the CEO) specific plans to ensure revenue growth for the company.
- Actively seek out business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media engagement, email marketing, etc.
- Assist in refining sales policies, processes, and procedures.
- Initiate, review and approve content for the organisation’s online platforms, as a means of engaging and attracting prospects.
- Ensure effective management of relationships with key clients
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of work experience in business development and marketing, within a corporate institution with 1 or 2 years in supervisory role.
- Interest and good understanding of tech products.
- A result driven orientation
- Flexible, proactive and data driven.
- Good IT skills and must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing, or any other related field. Masters in related field will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₦250,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
