We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Trainers to incorporate SAP Supply Chain curriculum and training materials into end-user training.
Highlights:
Experienced Trainers will know how to implement custom education programs and deliver clear and smooth instructor-led training sessions, one-on-one coaching, presentations, web-based training, and Train-The-Trainer programs.- Consultant needs to be able to travel Monday through Friday to various locations (including IN, KS, AZ and IN) on a weekly basis from July 14th through November 3rd, 2023.
- There may be an extension to stay through the end of the year.
- The base rate range for this position is typically $55/hr to $60/hr with additional benefits available.
- However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
Required Skills:
SAP training experience- Classroom training experience
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Principals
- Best practice delivery techniques
- Technically savvy
- Experience with setting up a technical training room
- Able to troubleshoot technical issues
- Willing to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Able to take responsibility for self-study and ramp-up
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with various modules of SAP
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
