Job Title: Inventory Analyst Reports To: Parts Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all the procedures and protocols regarding proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information and to support financial objectives.
Essential Duties:
- Assist in the development, execution and communication of financial plans and strategies for each product category.
- Monitors inventory levels very closely and resolves any issues that may become apparent
- Responsible for Obsolete and D-class analysis and disposition
- Maintains records regarding inventory control, intake, and sales
- Reports to upper management regularly and provides recommendations for better inventory control
- Coordinates orders, deliveries and shipment of inventory as required
- Works to resolve discrepancies between the amount of inventory and the amount of revenue quickly and accurately
- Actively work with Manager to ensure professional growth, customer service levels, and leadership skills are aligned with the MacQueen Way
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years industry experience or 5 years related experience
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail
- Proficient usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Desirable Qualifications
- BA in Business Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
ADA Requirements:
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly
- Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 40 lbs occasionally, >20 lbs frequently
- Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
- Travel by air or car occasionally
