- Nach der Einarbeitungszeit übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben in einem spezifischen IT-Arbeitsfeld, z.B.
- Mobile & Client Services inkl. der relevanten Software wie MS Windows, MS Office 365, IOS, SharePoint, etc.
- Cloud & Converged Infrastrucure inkl. Server, Storage, Netzwerk (LAN/WAN), Virtualisierung, etc.
- Intelligent Business Applications inkl. SAP ERP/Hana, Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0, IoT, etc.
- Du erstellst Dokumentation, organisierst und führst Trainings, Webinare und Schulungen hierzu durch
- Du unterstützt darüber hinaus unsere Mitarbeiter in spannenden Projekten und bearbeitest eigenständig Arbeitspakete
- Unterstützung unserer 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level-Support Teams „hands-on“ (z.B. Office365, SharePoint, SAP).
Dein Profil
- Begeisterung und erste praktische Erfahrungen für Informationstechnologie
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Aufgeschlossenheit für Neues
