Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
The Platform team located in Singapore is responsible for improving the experience for both buyers and sellers through (a) policy and platform governance, (b) content & catalogue management. The team sits central to various corporate and commercial functions within Lazada, and its members are required to work deeply and closely with stakeholders to drive improvement projects. Applicants must have a strong aptitude for being analytical, data-driven, appreciate the use and intent of different technology stacks/ software, and able to deconstruct issues logically. This role supports Singapore office directly and remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Provide regular monitoring and reporting of operational performance, maintain data dashboards.
- Conduct governance and content and catalogue training and livestream for sellers to drive impactful behaviour.
- Provide operational support to stakeholders through case management relating to content governance, support in change requests.
- Conduct data sampling and data annotation work to determine data accuracy and purity.
- Support cross-functional projects through project planning, implementation, and testing.
- Identify areas for performance improvements and implement where practicable.
- Regular monitoring of data dashboard to detect anomaly and conduct basic analysis.
- Support in weekly and monthly management reporting needs (scheduling, note taking, consolidate materials require for monitoring and reporting purposes).
- Candidate will also be cross-trained in Policy and Platform Governance domains for exposure and skills development.
Job Requirements
- University graduate with relevant Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates welcome.
- Structured and analytical when presented with challenges, creative and flexible in proposing improvements and solutions.
- Enthusiastic in appreciating and resolving e-commerce platform challenges,
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects;
- Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work under pressure;
- Excellent articulation and written communication skills in English.
- Basic level of SQL knowledge, or coding in other languages preferred.
